I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice specializing in chronic pain and illness management. My work focuses on helping clients more than manage their symptoms. I aim for recovery. I'm trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (CBT, mindfulness), emotional affect expressive therapy (EAET), trauma-informed care (EMDR, EFT, IFS) , and nervous system–focused interventions to address all that can also come with chronic pain, like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and panic. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I'm good at making recovery simple and easy to learn. We'll practice together as you learn how to integrate the new skills effectively into your daily life. I believe in the work that I do, because I see it work. My goal is not limited to symptom relief, but recovery.
