You feel deeply — more than most people — and sometimes that sensitivity can feel overwhelming. You want therapy that goes beyond talking in circles, that helps you release what weighs on your body and heart. I’m here to meet you there. Our work won’t ask you to relive painful memories, but instead to gently transform the patterns they left behind. Together, we’ll create a space where you can breathe easier, feel steadier, and grow into the life that feels like yours again. My approach My approach begins with the belief that real healing doesn’t stop at the level of thought. Patterns live in your body and nervous system, and together we’ll work where they actually take hold. Through mindful, present-moment techniques, I’ll help you notice what’s happening inside without judgment — and from there, begin to soften old patterns. I draw on two years of advanced training in the Hakomi Method of mindful somatic psychotherapy and master-level Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for trauma. Both allow you to release the impact of trauma without having to relive or retell the painful story. We’ll pair these approaches with practical tools — grounding, parts-work, and mindfulness practices — so that you can carry the changes into daily life. If spirituality is part of your language, I can meet you there, too. Many clients come to me during dark nights of the soul or periods of awakening, and I know firsthand how overwhelming that can feel. Whether or not you use spiritual terms, our work is about helping you feel safe in your own skin, clear in your mind, and more connected to what truly matters to you. My focus You may see yourself as highly sensitive, an empath, or simply someone who feels things more deeply than those around you. You might find that your emotions rise quickly, or that you hold them inside but feel them powerfully. Either way, you want a therapist who won’t tell you you’re “too much,” but instead will honor and guide you through that depth.
