I am a therapist located in Texas with an M.A. in Languages and Cultures and an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Texas Tech University. I am also pursuing a PhD at Texas Tech University and studying to become a Certified Sex Therapist with the Sexual Health Alliance. During our sessions, you can expect a comfortable environment where you are encouraged to be yourself and explore anything you need, free from judgment. Your sessions will be tailored to your needs, using treatment theories including Gestalt, Jungian, Feminist approaches, Psychoanalytic, Mindfulness, and behavioral therapies as appropriate. I am comfortable working with people with IDD, Autism, and ADHD. My specific focuses include sexual health, ethical non-monogamy, and kink and BDSM lifestyles. I also have experience working with the LGBT communities and a variety of cultural backgrounds. I look forward to working with you and helping you experience the best life for yourself.
