Because I believe clients self-awareness and choices are key to developing self-direction and independence, my techniques come from a Multimodal, and other therapy models that would effectively serve the clients. As an LPC, my area of competence includes individual counseling, group counseling, couple, martial and family counselling, and anger management facilitation. I have experience with several populations of individuals from age 3-80 diagnosed with mental, cognitive, and developmental disabilities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients are individuals and their needs are different. Some clients need only a few counseling sessions to achieve their goals, while others may require more counseling. The duration and frequency of counseling is in the client's control.
