I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida (MH23088) and hold credentials as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 1 and 2 (CCTP I/II), a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trained Professional.
I have attended a variety of therapeutic and counseling trainings in treating post-traumatic stress disorders and complex traumas, anxiety and depression, grief, obsessive thinking, attachment disorders, somatic work, inner child healing, shadow work, resiliency, teletherapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and in 2019 with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been practicing and seeing clients ever since. I have over 12 years of experience working in the mental health field.
While working on my education, I began gaining experience in the field in 2014, working with toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults in crisis units, youth shelters, abuse and trauma treatment centers, and the school system before beginning my private practice in 2021. I currently specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief with adolescents and adults.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
