Before completing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Columbia University, I worked for many years in financial services and technology Human Resources. This background has given me valuable insight into the pressures of fast-paced careers and the challenges faced by professionals in their day-to-day lives. I bring strong experience supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, specifically the transition from college to post-grad, career changes, and new parenthood.
