I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and career challenges.
Before completing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Columbia University, I worked for many years in financial services and technology Human Resources. This background has given me valuable insight into the pressures of fast-paced careers and the challenges faced by professionals in their day-to-day lives.
I bring strong experience supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, specifically the transition from college to post-grad, career changes, and new parenthood. I aim to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can explore the issues that may be getting in the way of living the life you’ve always wanted. I bring a collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented approach to therapy.
Together, we will work to break down challenges to both reduce overwhelm and identify small steps you can take toward lasting change. I am dedicated to ensuring you leave our sessions feeling deeply understood and well equipped to make changes toward building a fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy is founded on compassion and respect for my client. the ability to coach through major life transitions. I wish to create a safe space and a holistic environment where one can feel comfortable and grow.
