I always want to start where you are. My therapy uses a combination of narrative, Person Centered, CBT, and Mindfulness, depending on what is most appropriate. My style is to actively engage with you in the therapeutic process. Through virtual appointments, I provide a safe space for you to discuss and explore what's going on in your life. Whether you want to work on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or anything life has thrown your way, I would like to help with what you are going through. Let's talk about it, work on it, process it, and move towards a better place. We'll explore coping skills and the best solutions to handle your problems. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree, both from the University of Central Florida, which inform my compassionate and effective approach to therapy.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
