Alli Hotaling (formerly Lebowitz) is a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist who offers virtual counseling to adult clients in New York and Florida. She sees patients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Alli listens carefully during consultations, explains conditions clearly, and develops customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and preferences.
Alli earned her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University at Lincoln Center. She is devoted to helping the wider community receive the mental health care they deserve.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Therapy is a collaborative process that works best when clients take an active role in their treatment. In order to be most successful, clients will need to work on things we talk about both during our sessions and at home. During our first session, we will explore your therapy goals and review where you are currently. We will discuss the presenting challenges and identify the resources you have around and within you to utilize while we begin your self-growth journey. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan, identify goals, and book additional sessions as needed.
