I hold a Doctorate degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling, and have been practicing psychotherapy for over 19 years. Over the years I have gained a wealth of knowledge working with individuals in different healthcare settings including inpatient hospital, residential treatment facilities, partial hospital programs, and outpatient/private practice. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with the effects of unresolved childhood traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, and grief and loss issues. I am skilled in utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Client-centered, Solution-focused and a combination.
