Hello, I'm Ally. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are naturally inclined to healing if given the right space and support. My passion lies in helping victims of narcissistic abuse and betrayals, and I incorporate various therapeutic approaches such as DBT, somatic counseling, EMDR, mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and narrative therapy into my work. I also offer couples counseling services, utilizing the Gottman Method to address the real work and change needed for couples to heal and grow together. I have extensive experience in helping clients navigate relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and parenting challenges. My goal is to work with you to create an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I understand that taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started. In addition to my therapeutic work, I love to incorporate nature and somatic healing into my practice. I hold additional certificates in healing and somatic therapy, which allow me to support you on your path to wellness in a holistic way. As a Female U.S. Air Force Veteran (2000-2004) and a current PhD student in Clinical Psychology, I bring a unique perspective and dedication to my practice. Excellent Counselor! Very poort customer service from Sondermind. Waited weeks for refunds where appts were incorrectly billed. This after waiting hours on phone for someone to pick up and calling numerous times for resolution. Very poor attempt of a supporting format of the excellent providers.
