I have over 5 years of experience to help you reach your goals at a pace that works for you. While in session, I recognize it is your time and safe space to discuss the topics or situations that are causing a detriment in the day to day. My expertise has benefit clients to improve their confidence, create a routine that works for them, and allows them to learn, recognize, and communicate their emotions. I am able to help guide the client toward their goals once building a strong, respectful therapeutic relationship. I welcome critique and honesty within the session whenever needed. Living with a mental health issue can make daily tasks almost seem impossible and improvement over time may seem to only be a fantasy. There can be consequences within relationships and affect one's self-confidence making it difficult to make changes to benefit themselves.
