Psychotherapist

Dealing with trauma and past hurts, struggling with work, relationships, addiction, managing depression and anxiety, or seeking to better understand one's gender identity or sexuality-it isn't easy to address any of these challenges. I see therapy as a safe, judgment-free, shame-free, and confidential space where you are free to vent, confide, cry, discuss, imagine, find strength, and be empowered. Most importantly, therapy is a place for hope to come alive, to learn new coping skills, achieve personal growth, and discover that you are strong, valuable, and greater than any struggle you might face. Change is possible! Using EMDR and other modalities such as CBT, IFS, and DBT, I work with adults, teens, and families struggling with conflict, relationship issues, anger, depression, anxiety, divorce, violence, gender identity, family reunification, abuse, and PTSD. I am also a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) and Parental Responsibility Evaluator (PRE). Meeting with a counselor can seem overwhelming and even anxiety-provoking, but it doesn't have to be. I understand how finances, relationships, children, family, and work can create anxiety, worries, stress, and even anger. You don't need to live feeling ?weighed down? by these things-therapy can help lessen your burden. You are worth it!
