As an LMFT, I love working with performing artists and athletes!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My Approach: I help clients create an image of the life they’d like to be living and work with them to achieve it through psychodynamic, solution-focused, and various other therapeutic methodologies. Every person and situation is unique, so I offer a personalized approach based on how each client will benefit the most. It's important to recognize that therapy requires commitment, but if you are motivated it is absolutely possible to see major changes in your life.
