Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques, I am dedicated to improving the lives of my clients with a flexible, respectful, and genuine approach. Seeing the growing need for mental health support in society, I long to offer support and connection to help guide you through difficult times. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, as well as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
