I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience in the field of mental health. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples. In my career, I have worked with a range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, and relationship concerns. I have also worked a lot with substance use and many types of addiction.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to work with you on what you want to achieve, whether that is relief from your day-to-day concerns or self-growth. We start with an assessment so I can get to know you and we can see the whole picture. From there, we make a treatment plan that is tailored to your goals and what you want to get out of therapy. I provide a space that is warm, caring, and judgement free so you can just be yourself.
