Gaslit about your mental health concerns? I help you heal from religious trauma and build self-acceptance in a way that aligns with your values. Whether you're deconstructing, reconstructing, or somewhere in between, I’ll sit with you in the discomfort and help you reclaim your voice. Maybe you don’t have religious trauma but struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Whatever your story, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, joy, and self-trust.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With 12 years of experience helping teens and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression, I believe healing is possible. If you're deconstructing, unlearning, or reclaiming your identity after leaving an oppressive community, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a judgment-free space for self-discovery, reframing, and growth—where you are heard. Religious trauma and spiritual abuse can show up in ways you may not even realize—impacting your mental health, self-worth, and sense of safety. If you’ve ever felt shame, fear, or anxiety tied to your beliefs or community, you’re not alone. Healing is possible. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I’m here to help you navigate your journey with compassion and support.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session our time will be spent getting to know each other and going over your reasons for coming to therapy and learning more about what you'd like to accomplish. Follow-up sessions are more therapeutic in nature, I offer homework if you'd like this and education around nervous system relegation and practical ways to help you regulate outside of therapy. I don't believe assigning a diagnosis is always beneficial, if paying out-of-pocket, this is not necessary for treatment. Insurance requires a diagnosis for processing claims, but focusing on the diagnosis itself is never a priority in sessions, my work aims to help you navigate what you're going through without pathologizing.
