Hello, I'm Allison. I'm glad you are taking the next step in addressing your mental health concerns and considering working with a therapist. This is a big step and can be an intimidating one. It takes great courage to be vulnerable, especially with a new person! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. I empower individuals to take control of their lives after often feeling pulled in a million directions by their mental health. I also specialize in parenting techniques and strategies for adults of children with anxiety and behavior disorders. I enjoy working with individuals ages 8-55, utilizing a variety of techniques and interventions. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. I believe in creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for all of my clients. Although we may not be sitting in the same room if we are virtual, I will do my best to help you feel connected through the screen! I utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques and a supportive approach with my clients. I believe our thoughts and feelings often influence our behavior more than we might think! I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Intensive Family Coaching, Parent Child Interactive Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for OCD. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
