Getting to know Allison Rosenberg

My name is Ally, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I became a therapist during the pandemic when many were facing a serious mental health crisis. I have been practicing for over four years now in a variety of community mental health settings, including hospitals, group homes, emergency services, and prisons. I spent the past year working at a group practice undergoing rigorous training in the evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). At Rise with Rose Counseling, I use my expertise to provide integrative psychotherapy and DBT skills training to women and non-binary adults (18+) overcome the challenges of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, and relationship difficulties. I started Rise with Rose Counseling as a small online private practice. I take a great care in providing individuals with a safe and supportive space to build a strong therapeutic relationship. I tailor the treatment to meet the unique needs of every individual I serve, and utilize evidence-based therapy to help my clients get unstuck, grow into their strengths, develop healthy habits, and build a life that they want to be living.
