My typical session is collaborative, with you in the drivers seat. Whether it be diagnosing or working through each issue, you will be in complete control, with me acting as the facilitator. Allison is a provider that not only made me feel seen, comfortable, and understood from day one but also made therapy something I enjoyed and looked forward to. The mundaneness of therapy was something of the past with her and it made seeking help and being open with my biggest insecurities and past troubles something I felt open doing. She gave me the tools and self reflection to make drastic changes over our time so far together and is a care provider I will continue work with.
