What is your typical process for working with clients?

All of my work is centered on you. Your needs, your pace, and your goals. I draw from different approaches depending on what fits best, whether that's helping you calm your nervous system, make sense of difficult experiences, or find new ways to cope. My goal is to create a safe, steady space where healing feels possible and progress feels real.
