Hello, I am Allisyn Huff, LPC. I am a therapist, mother, and daughter. i have a strong passion for helping others and have always felt drawn to this field. I have profound empathy for the impact suffering has on one's life and am committed to work with you to find relief and enhance the quality of your life. I believe that everyone has a story worth telling and deserves support on their unique journey. Walking through this journey can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to listen, support, help you heal and achieve your goals. My approach is eclectic, person centered and trauma informed.
I apply an eclectic approach tailored to meet the specific needs of each person or couple. My training in EMDR, CBT, ACT, CPT and DBT allows me to effectively treat trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, depression or anxiety. I also take a special interest in individuals who are Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA, or other identity issues,
I believe every person's journey is different, and I honor the individual process that occurs during therapy. I look forward to collaborating with you to develop skills and strategies that resonate with you and support your personal growth. I see individuals, couples and kids.
