Hi there! Welcome to my profile. My name is Allyson, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I provide evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults. I have had the opportunity to provide care in IOP/PHP programs, school, and medical settings. This array of experiences has fostered my ability to understand clients through a multi-disciplinary lens and draw upon a multitude of evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also enjoy working with athletes, treating anxiety and sports performance–related issues. I believe that our past experiences are as important as the present in helping to identify ways in which thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect us. I utilize these therapies to target anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, executive functioning deficits, relationship struggles, and work/school issues. With this, we can work together to make effective changes. Creating an inviting, non-judgmental space is my first priority with clients, as well as keeping open and honest communication. I strive to create a collaborative space using a patient-centered and holistic approach. I offer a non-judgmental and warm space where you or your child can feel comfortable speaking freely. I provide after-school and work hours to accommodate busy schedules. I look forward to working with you and your family to help provide support through your healing journey.
