Hi! I'm Allyson (she/her), a queer-identified therapist with over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist in diverse settings including schools, agencies, and the community. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have extensive experience working with trauma as well as young people. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I see therapy as its own type of creative process that looks different for every person. I am here to support you in peeling back the layers and coming home to yourself. As a queer therapist, I am most drawn to working with individuals who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community and those exploring their sexual and/or gender identities. The more we are able to love and accept who we are, the more we can feel internal peace. I would love to walk with you on your path to living your truth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
