As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, she provides trauma-informed, strengths-based person-centered care with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. O’Connor understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and she’s here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Whether you're navigating a crisis, processing trauma, or seeking personal growth, her goal is to create a safe and empowering space where healing can begin.
