I work well with individuals navigating substance use concerns, those who feel stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns or unsatisfying life circumstances. Many of the individuals I support are seeking greater self-awareness and are ready to make intentional changes that lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives. I also enjoy supporting couples across different stages of their relationships, from newlyweds who want to develop healthier ways of navigating conflict to long-term partners who feel emotionally disconnected.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to take the first step. If you’re ready to explore change and move toward a more fulfilling life or relationship, I would be honored to support you in that process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients can safely explore their patterns and internal responses. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual client using a variety of modalities from CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused, to Gottman and Attachment Theory.
