As a Mental Health Counselor, I have been able to help teens and adults as they navigate some of life's greatest challenges. Some of these challenges have included anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, trauma and panic disorder. Together we have been able to work toward a place of healing and growth. I have worked with a variety of clients over the last 9 years. I received my master's in counseling in 2015 and worked with adolescents for 7 years. In my practice I specialize in a cognitive behavioral approach as well as well as solution-focused therapy. I know one size does not fit all so I work with my clients to find what modality suits them. I pride myself on creating a calming, safe, and sometimes humorous environment where my clients are free to express themselves in whichever way feels best. I am confident I can help individuals feel stronger and fulfilled when they leave our sessions.
