I have spent the last 14 years working in outpatient mental health to support clients with a wide range of stressors and challenges at various stages of their lives. I enjoy partnering with my clients to explore and find new ways to address their current challenges and navigate life’s stressors. During my career, I have been fortunate to have received training in a variety of holistic and evidence-based treatment approaches from experts in the field. I pull from this training and experience in my work with clients as we collaborate to integrate new strategies and skills that cater best to their current needs and personal style. During this journey, I am passionate about empowering clients to recognize and use their strengths to move towards a life they are fulfilled by and love.
