I am a therapist with an open-minded and exploratory approach. I like to in incorporate humor and open communication into my sessions. My style involves asking thought provoking questions, discovering barriers to change, and encouraging clients while gently challenging them with compassion and support. I foster a warm and respectful approach to therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

An intake session consists of getting a full background of the client and what brings them to therapy. We will also collaboratively discuss goals and objectives for counseling and begin exploring these areas of focus.
