My clinical focus includes supporting individuals dealing with mood disturbances, depression, anxiety, and symptoms related to PTSD. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is eclectic, tailored to each client. I draw from DBT, psychodynamic theory, and trauma-informed care. I am EMDR trained to help client's process trauma. I believe childhood experiences shape trauma responses, especially in youth. Using DBT and psychodynamic insight, I offer effective, ethical trauma care that builds connection and fosters healing. My goal is to build a supportive, empathic relationship where clients feel safe to heal. I uphold honesty, integrity, and confidentiality, and guide—not dictate—their journey. I maintain ethical standards, seek supervision when needed, and respect professional boundaries to support positive outcomes.
