Alyssa Butler, LPCC

Psychotherapist
NM
My goal as your therapist is to help you become confident in who you are and the gifts you offer. My focus is to get to know who you are so together we can create a plan for you to achieve your goals. You are the expert on your life, which I know can get cloudy and muddled, and I will support you in sorting through your past and present experiences that are not serving you to help you move towards wellness in all areas of your life. You can achieve mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing! I utilize EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, art therapy, ecotherapy, and a person-centered approach. I have worked with people of all ages from many different backgrounds. I am an LGBTQIA ally and work with people who are neurodivergent. Most of my experience is supporting people who have trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and ASD. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southwestern College. I know you are capable of living a fulfilling life, whatever that looks like for you. Together we can take the first step. I offer weekly and biweekly therapy appointments via telehealth for individuals and couples.
