I am the Founder of MoslowMind Psychotherapy, I am deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic environment where individuals can set out on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and corrective experiences. With a fervor to cultivate meaningful connections, I work alongside my clients being a source of support and ally. Drawing from my extensive experience and training, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults facing a variety of challenges, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, and difficulties with executive functioning. My educational background includes a Masters Degree from New York University Silver School of Social Work. I hold a New York State Clinical License (LCSW). I am certified in Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral (RO-DBT) and a Certified Counselor in Intuitive Eating. I also have advanced training in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to individual therapy, I offer specialized services in parent coaching, recognizing the importance of family dynamics in supporting adolescent and young adult clients. By equipping parents with practical strategies and tools, I aim to strengthen family communication and promote positive outcomes for all members. Through my experience I know a comprehensive and holistic approach is pertinent for recovery and the ability to maintain change. At MoslowMind Psychotherapy, I believe in the power of mutual connection and open communication. Together, we can explore life experiences, fostering awareness and understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My role is to support and encourage you every step of the way on your journey towards self-discovery and growth.
