I am convinced that we all already have the ability to grow and heal inside of us; sometimes it is just hard to find. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, empowering space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions and find your inner knowing.
I specialize in faith issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, but I truly love working with people in all areas. I offer in-person sessions in Allen, TX, or virtual sessions throughout the state of Texas, and I am in network with most commercial insurance plans.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively.
