What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can openly discuss your concerns and work toward meaningful personal growth. Every treatment plan is individualized. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship difficulties, grief, or self-esteem, we'll work together to identify your goals and build practical strategies that fit your life. I focus not only on reducing symptoms but also on helping you develop long-term resilience, emotional awareness, and confidence. I value collaboration, honesty, and creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy so we can develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs. Throughout therapy, I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, play therapy (when appropriate), and social skills training to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and build confidence. Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we'll monitor your progress, celebrate successes, and adjust treatment as your needs evolve, helping you achieve meaningful and lasting change.
