Hi! I’m Alyssa. I know that the process of finding the right therapist for yourself can be daunting, but don’t let it overwhelm you! The right therapist can help you feel differently about any difficulties that may be going on in your life. I work to help you better your relationships, alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, increase productivity and motivation at work, and cope with the stressors of life. It is my mission to show both my clients and the community that EVERYONE can benefit from seeing a counselor!
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care. Having a third party to discuss our difficulties with can help us gain perspective and insight into how we can better ourselves and our situations. My individualized approach caters directly to the needs of my clients in a comfortable space where their breakthroughs can begin!
I'm currently offering telehealth services, which means video chat sessions through the comfort of your own space. I know some people are hesitant to try telehealth sessions, but the ease and convenience can be really beneficial! Give me a call, let’s talk!

Clients can expect to discuss maladaptive coping strategies that are no longer helpful to them. Together we will work to identify new ways of managing any issue that my arise.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
