What is your typical process for working with clients?

My counseling style is rooted in collaboration, resilience-building, and strength-based interventions. I believe every person has the capacity for self-understanding and transformation, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. I am currently practicing under a limited permit in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, bringing together academic knowledge, clinical experience, and a genuine desire to help others heal and thrive.
