Hi! I’m Alyssa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Michigan and Pennsylvania. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology as well as Southeastern University with a Masters in Social Work. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I also help clients to navigate difficult life transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and truly believe that therapy is most effective when your unique needs, strengths and interests are put first. I strive to make my approach relaxed, comforting, friendly, and most importantly nonjudgmental

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, we will collaborate and come up with the most useful and effective tools that will help you feel better equipped to handle all of life’s challenges. We will work as a team and I will be there for you every step of the way, supporting you as you achieve your goals. The hardest part is reaching out and asking for help, but I am here.
