I support people in navigating these challenges with greater awareness, flexibility, and ease. My work is resilience-based and trauma-informed. I believe we are shaped not only by hardship, but also by the strength and adaptability that helped us survive it. Together, we explore the stories you’ve learned about yourself — through family, culture, relationships, and life circumstances — and whether those stories still fit or support your growth and mental health. I am a Pre-Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, neurodivergence, mood and emotional regulation, and relational challenges. What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help you feel heard and understood. I take a collaborative strength-based approach to therapy, which means we will work together to explore your goals and identify individual strategies that work best for you. Therapy is a personal journey, and we will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the beginning we focus on building our therapeutic relationship, helping us create a plan for our work together. Sessions will be guided by your needs and goals as we will explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviors as we introduce tools and/or strategies that may support you. As we proceed, we will reflect on your progress, as the goal is help you feel supported while building the skills and insights you need to create a healthier life.
