I have been lucky enough to know very early on that psychology and counseling is where my passion lies. I am continuously humbled to help others though their personal journeys and bearing witness to the strength and resilience that is discovered within.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My training and interest are in clinical psychology, and I specialize in mood, anxiety, trauma, and psychotic related disorders. I also specialize in multicultural counseling and serving underrepresented communities. In addition, I support remote populations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have an integrative and holistic approach to counseling and draw on a variety of techniques and orientations. My experience has taught me that every individual and story is unique, and that it is imperative to work together with my clients to find the right approach that meets their needs.
