I have been in the clinical social work field for about 12 years and love what I do. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University. Throughout my career, I have worked with both adolescents and adults and offer a number of treatment modalities, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems theory (IFS). Regardless of the modality we might try, I take pride in my work being completely person-centered and planned around your individual needs. I stick to a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective that offers non-judgmental feedback in a safe space.
