What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and free from judgment. I meet people where they are and work alongside them, exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns together to build deeper self-understanding. My goal is to help clients make meaningful changes that support a more fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I consider the first session to be a “get to know you” conversation. It’s a chance for us to begin building a connection and for you to share what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll also walk you through my approach to therapy and answer any questions you may have about the process. As we work together, our sessions will be free-flowing where you are able to bring anything that may be on your mind. We will work together to help things make more sense, break dysfunctional patterns and develop a healthier mindset.
