It's important to have a place to grow personally, learn how to regain control of your thoughts and live your best life? I am passionate about helping others through difficult times and feel a sense of peace in their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My foundation is in cognitive behavioral therapy (connecting thoughts and feelings), Trauma focused CBT. I have extensive training in EMDR (intense emotions), dialectical behavioral therapy(using skills to manage emotions, mindfulness and distress tolerance), acceptance and commitment therapy (value & purpose), communication skills, and parenting skills.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have helped many clients with feeling sad, hopeless, uncontrollable worrying, relationship and parenting problems. The initial session is focused on getting to know you and where you want to improve your life. Then we work together on learning skills to help you improve your life. My approach is warm, calm and supportive environment to foster therapeutic healing.
