Amanda Gurock; LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has worked in various mental health setting such as hospitals; non-profit organizations; and mental health private practice. A major focus of my work has been anxiety management and trauma focused care in order to help my clients learn and develop healthy coping skills; reduce stress; and prevent further harm. I got my Masters of Social Work from Columbia University and am trained in CBT; TF-CBT; and Solution Focused Therapies. In my spare time I am an avid spin instructor.
