“My experience with Amanda was very nice considering the situation. Therapy is new for me and awkward as I’m already an awkward person in uncomfortable situations. Amanda made me feel as comfortable as id allow myself to be and told me to next time work on opening up more and I really appreciated hearing that. She’s very kind and easy going, making the conversations run as smoothly as they could.”

We are incredibly grateful for the care and guidance our daughter has received from Amanda. Amanda gave her the practical tools and confidence to manage her thoughts and emotions. Thanks to her support, our daughter has grown into a strong, self-aware woman who feels empowered in her daily life. We can't thank Amanda enough for the positive impact she's had on our family.
Amanda is an exceptional therapist who played a pivotal role in my recovery after a life-changing motorcycle accident. Her compassion, patience, and deep understanding of trauma helped me navigate both the emotional and physical challenges of losing the use of my dominant arm. She created a safe space where I felt truly heard and supported, and her guidance helped me rebuild confidence, process grief, and set goals for my future. Amanda didn’t just listen—she empowered me to move forward with resilience and purpose.
I came down with a severe case of Adjustment Disorder. This had a devastating impact on my life because normally I am highly self motivated, successful and driven. This disorder was absolutely horrible. I was able to find Amanda and I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me. Not only did she listen to what I had to say, she equipped me with coping methods for both the short and long term. I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. Thank you again Amanda for helping me.
She’s very nice and she’s a good therapist. She’s helped me for many years. She’s very genuine. She’s helped me through challenging times and always treats me with respect and listens to me.
My son feels comfortable talking to Amanda. Their time together has really helped my son with the challenges of transition periods for both home and school. It’s nice to know my so. Has someone to confide in besides his family. Very blessed to have found Amanda.
I take my 6 year old to counseling and she loves going with Amanda, she looks forward to going every week. She is great and I can see the progress in my daughter with opening up about her feelings and emotions! Thank you for being so great!
I like my visit every time I see her, I appreciate having an ear, someone to listen to and hear me out. I like her mannerisms, very polite and kind. Has empathy and sympathy. I would recommend her, if you're needing someone to talk to and work things out.
I think she does a great job listening and remembering details about your life. She has great input and perspective. I can feel her patience and empathy in every session and I generally feel safe opening up.
Seeking out therapists can be a daunting task; You don't know who will understand you the most, who has the best times, how much they'll cost, etc. I'm well too familiar with those fears. Yet, I had absolutely ZERO issues with this practice. I can't recommend it enough. The accomodations to my busy work life alone were appreciative, but, more importantly, they are effective. My life has vastly changed for the better and it was because of the help I found here. I never felt rushed or hurried along; I was listened to and understood. With their help, I managed to come out a completely healthier person and it's near impossible to see who I was before starting therapy.
Amanda is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. My first visit with her I was able to open up to her like I’ve known her for years. She listens, evaluates, and comes up with a plan to help you. She has suggested many things to me to help my anxiety such as diamond art and exercising. She has also taught me how to overcome trauma from my past. I have seen many therapists and she is by far the kindest one you will ever meet. I recommend her to everyone.
amanda as my first therapist experience ever coming out of being inpatient for the first time and feeling really overwhelmed and confused by these new diagnoses i had and learning how to navigate them while learning to regulate myself. amanda has been amazing and has not only made me comfortable expressing myself more to those around me but also i. learning how to better regulate my emotions, reassuraning the things i feel and how they may lead to other things, letting me know i have a safe space with outside sources to help me evolve into an even better person. i’ve been able to share the tools she’s given me with my loved ones and they have even gotten to benefit from her through me. she was a great introduction to therapy and i recommend her to anyone that will listen and is looking for a provider. if you are looking for a kind but firm, supportive, patient provider i would absolutely give amanda a shot, she’s the best !
