You’ve read the self-help books. Maybe you’ve journaled, meditated, or listened to podcasts, yet you still feel stuck. You may notice patterns you want to change but aren’t sure how. Maybe you struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, body image, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You might feel uncertain about your identity, relationships, or purpose. If you identify as neurodivergent, you may feel like most advice doesn’t quite fit, leaving you overwhelmed by expectations in a world not built for how your brain works. I offer a compassionate, affirming space for individuals and couples to explore what’s getting in the way of living more fully and authentically. Whether you're trying to heal from painful past experiences, break old habits, or simply figure out who you are now, I tailor our work to meet you where you're at now, not where you're “supposed” to be. Together we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, heal old wounds, and reconnect with your true self. I offer virtual sessions with flexible scheduling options including daytime and evening availability, so therapy can easily fit into your busy life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate somatic therapy modalities like EMDR and yoga to strengthen the mind-body connection. For couples, I use the Gottman Method, a research-driven, practical approach that focuses on defusing verbal conflicts, enhancing intimacy, respect, and affection, eliminating barriers leading to a feeling of stagnancy, and fostering a deep sense of empathy and understanding within the relationship.
