If life feels heavy or uncertain right now, you’re not alone. I support clients through anxiety, self-doubt, and change in a way that feels safe, curious, and compassionate. I hope to help you feel more steady, more confident, and more connected to who you are and where you’re headed. My approach I work alongside you using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to explore thought patterns with curiosity and care. When appropriate, I also offer EMDR to help your mind and body process experiences that may be lingering beneath the surface. Mindfulness and other supportive practices are thoughtfully integrated to honor your unique goals. My focus If you’re struggling with anxious thoughts, depression, or feeling at odds with your body, you’re not alone. I work with adults and teens to help navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma, eating disorders, depression, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized, compassionate plan for growth. My communication style I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel truly heard and understood. I prioritize open, thoughtful communication to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I listen closely and walk alongside you as an empathetic partner, offering gentle reflection and space to make sense of your experiences. My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about how people survive, adapt, and grow through life’s hardest moments. Witnessing the courage of those healing from trauma showed me just how powerful therapy can be. I’m guided by the belief that within every person is an innate capacity for healing, growth, and lasting change. My goals for you I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one where you don’t have to walk alone.
