What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 10 years working in community corrections. This experience gave me a profound appreciation for trauma-informed care and the transformative role that healing plays in building a meaningful life. It's what drew me to this work and continues to shape how I show up for every person I see. To each session in my practice now, I bring acceptance, understanding, and the belief that change is possible regardless of where you're starting from.
