Getting to know Amanda La Guardia

I hope to help new clients find the path in life that they find fulfilling. I have been working with youth; adults; couples; and families in mental health settings since 2003. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression; anxiety; trauma experience; and non-suicidal self-injury. I believe that we all need to find a sense of purpose and meaning in life to be happy and often that meaning is found in relationships and in finding a sense of community or belonging with others. I work from a nonjudgmental; empowering perspective. I look forward to working with you!
