Psychotherapist

If you’re exhausted from repeating the same relationship patterns, questioning your own reactions, or carrying trauma that still lives in your body, therapy can help you move from survival to stability. I work with adults navigating relational trauma, intimate partner violence, substance use, and complex relationship dynamics. Many of my clients are functioning on the outside but internally managing anxiety, shame, hypervigilance, or self-doubt. Together, we slow things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and then build practical, sustainable change. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic-based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address both the cognitive and physiological impacts of trauma. This means we don’t just talk about what happened, but we also help your nervous system process it. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois, New York, and Colorado and earned my MSW from the University of Denver. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, and hold a C-AIMHP (Certified Addiction-Informed Mental Health Professional) certification. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded. We will work together to build insight, strengthen boundaries, regulate your nervous system, and make intentional choices that align with who you want to be — not just who you’ve had to be.
