As a therapist, I want to get to know you as a person, not just focus on a diagnosis or what brought you through the door. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you are genuinely being heard. I believe therapy is built on trust, authenticity, and genuine human connection. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients not only feel safe but are safe exploring their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I value meeting people where they are at, recognize their strengths, and celebrate progress no matter how big or small. Together, we’ll work to develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and help you move toward the goals that matter most to you.
