I believe everyone has what they need inside to heal. Taking the step to reach out is brave; paired with my resources; I know we could make a great team on your healing path. I am trained in EMDR and psychedelic-assisted therapies. I also pursued additional certification for ADHD. I believe in a skill/tool-building approach to mental health; and I am comfortable incorporating breath work; meditation; art expression; and other forms of subconscious work to get clients unstuck. I love working with clients in various steps of recovery: whether they're taking the first step or need a refresher.
